With over 30 years in the mortgage industry, Michael is knowledgeable on all loan types and real estate transactions, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Construction and Renovation.
Michael takes the time to help his clients explore the pros and cons of making a purchase or refinance decision. He helps them do their homework so that when they make their decision, they know it is the right one for them.
Michael attended St. Johns College High School in Washington, D.C. and earned a B.S. in Water Resource Management / Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland in College Park.
Michael is known to think outside the box when helping his clients. He is often able to help them secure financing, even after they have been rejected by other lenders. He also coaches clients on credit improvement strategies so that they are able to become homeowners.
A 30 year resident of the Annapolis area, Michael is dedicated to helping his community prosper. He is a former Boy Scout Leader, Youth Sports Coach and currently a member of the Knights of Columbus—Council 1384, the Notre Dame Club of Maryland, and an active volunteer for the Light House and the Beans and Bread homeless shelters.
