About Dana Dudley

Dana has worked in the mortgage industry since 1985 and specializes in USDA, FHA, Conventional and VA loans.
She is a member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors (FCAR), actively serving on the Events Committee since 2005. In 2009 she was elected the FCAR Affiliate of the Year. In 2022 Dana was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the FCAR.
Dana has lived in Frederick County for more than 27 years and is committed to serving the community through volunteerism. In her free time, Dana helps raise money for local nonprofits by serving as their Benefit Auctioneer.
She has served as the auctioneer for numerous local nonprofits, such as FCAR, Heartly House, Frederick County Mental Health Association, Women to Women Mentoring, Frederick County Bar Association, YMCA, Bettie Jane Cancer Foundation, Team HOPE, American Heart Association-Howard County Heart Ball, Maryland School for the Deaf, Frederick County 4 H, Frederick County Beef, Sheep and Swine Club, Central Maryland Antique Tractor Club, Student Homeless Initiative Partnership, Platoon 22, Mission of Mercy, Deep Creek Lions Club Blind Skiers Benefit Boat Auction, and Phoenix Gala.
In addition to auctioning, Dana enjoys tractor pulling, snow mobile riding, boating, gardening, antiquing, attending auctions, repurposing, renovating a cabin in Deep Creek with her husband, Donald, along with other outdoor sports. In 2010 she won the female log sawing Champion for Frederick County.
